User Agreement
This page states the terms and conditions under which you may use www.filancer.com (the “website”) including but not limited to the information, text, images links, sound, graphics and video sequences displayed herein (the “Materials”). Please read it carefully. By accessing this website and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by this agreement. Filancer will refer to the website and its owners.
1. Registration
All Job seekers and Job listers are required to create an account in order to have access to Filancer.com’s features. Your log-in details will be sent to you via email for your reference.
By registering on our site, you agree to provide truthful information about your self and/ or your company. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and agree to the User Agreement which may change without prior notice.
Jobseekers are required to create their ONLINE RESUME/PROFILE and agree to fill these in as accurately as possible. We do not require jobseekers to include their phone number or upload a resume file, and doing so is optional. To avoid scammers, our team does a regular check on the database and members without profile pages are reminded to create one. Failure to do so will result in deletion from the site.
Job listers are required to provide us basic information for our recording, screening and billing purposes only.
2. Job Advertising
Filancer.com does not tolerate job advertisements that request applicants to pay deposits, placement fees, processing fees or any other fees similar in nature, directly or indirectly, and/or require jobseekers to make purchases from the Advertiser. Such job advertisements, when found by our team or reported to us by any member, will automatically be deleted from our site and will not be refundable.
As it is impossible for Filancer.com to review all advertisements, Jobseekers are strongly advised do research and/or learn as much as you can about the job/company before accepting work. Filancer.com is not responsible or liable for any damages, loss or expense arising from or in connection with the above or any other job advertisements.
Likewise, we do not tolerate advertisements for jobs with companies or sites that deal with pornography, violence, or drugs.
3. Rates and Payments
Services will be charged according to prices shown in the website at the time and date of your purchase. Filancer has the right to change our prices as we deem necessary.
All prices are shown in US Dollars.
Payments must be made in full before we accept your order. All payments are made via Paypal, Debit or Credit Card only. We do not accept checks or bank deposits.
Filancer has sole discretion whether to accept your order or not.
4. Refunds
All payments made to Filancer.com are final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property

The contents of this web site, such as text, graphics, images and other material, are protected by copyright. No part or parts of the website may be reproduced, distributed adapted, modified, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, framed or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without the prior written permission of Filancer.com.
Trademark
The trademarks, service marks and logo (the “Trade Marks”) used and displayed on this website are registered and unregistered Trade Marks of Filancer.com or its licensors. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any of the Trade Marks displayed on this website, without the written permission of Filancer.com.
6. Exclusion of Liability
Filancer.com shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection with:
- Any access, use or the inability to access or use this website, or reliance on the materials and/or any information on the website.
- Any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus
- Any use of or access to any other website linked to this website.
Filancer.com, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. Any hyperlinks to any other websites are provided as a convenience to you and not an endorsement or verification of such websites and such websites should be accessed at the user’s own risk.
7. Indemnity
By accessing this website, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Filancer.com from and against any claims, actions or demands, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this agreement.
8. Third Party Services
Filancer.com is a venue for Jobseekers to advertise their skills and services. In using this website, you may enter into agreements with third-party service providers and avail of goods from our advertisers. Such agreement will be solely between you and the service provider or advertising merchant and Filancer will have no liability, responsibility or obligation for any correspondence or purchase from a third-party.
9. Termination
Subscription is paid yearly and is not automatically charged to your account. Before the end of your subsciption period, you will receive an email reminder to renew your order. Failure to pay will result to your subscription being terminated until you place another order.
10. Notices
Information regarding your orders will be sent to the email address you used to register with us. All inquiries or concerns must be sent via the “contact page” or send an email to support@filancer.com
All applications using the “Apply Online” button will be sent to your email.
11. Privacy
At Filancer.com our principal concern is the responsible use of information that users and clients share and disclose to us. Filancer.com’s commitment towards guaranteed confidentiality and privacy at all times is clearly articulated in our Privacy Policy. As stated in the policy, your data as a jobseeker, will be released to employers when you apply to their job. Please be advised that some employers might undertake to perform a pre-employment background check on you based on your application and/or interview. By applying for the position, you are deemed to have consented to such a pre-employment background check being undertaken with no further notice or consent required.
Also, as a jobseeker, your data will be available to employers subscribing to the resume feature. This feature allows you to get maximum opportunities for getting found by the right employer.
By using this site and providing information as a registered user, you are in agreement with our privacy policy.
12. Governing Law
You are responsible to ensure that you comply to your country’s law, regulation and legislation on employment. This includes your responsibility to ensure that you are of legal employment age in your respective country to apply for a job.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
