Employers- Filancer.com gathers personal data to screen for malicious job posters and for billing purposes. Under no circumstance will Filancer.com sell your information to anyone.

Your email address will be used to send you details about your account and your order, as well as Filancer.com updates. Job applications via the “Apply Online” button will also be automatically forwarded to your email.

Any contact detail you put in the body of your ad will be visible to all Filancer jobseekers and this allows them to contact you directly.

 

Jobseekers- The Filancer team looks through each member’s resume to make sure that you are a real person looking for work online. Your resume is not accessible to the public nor  to other jobseekers.

Employers subscribing to resumes will have access to your profile. Subscribing employers may go through your resume to check your work experience and educational background. This also allows the employer to contact you directly for a job offer.

Using the “Apply Online” button will also grant profile access to the employer you have contacted.
